We advocate for non-clinical, non-pharmacological approach to mental health & traumas using the Whare Tapawha model: Taha Whaanau (Family Health), Taha Wairua (Spiritual Health), Taha Tinana (Physical Health), & Taha Hinengaro (Emotional/Mental Health).
