  • Blueprints collects the following data: Personal identification information, including but not limited to:
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Address

We do not collect or store the data of any children.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Blueprints with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online for any of our events.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website  when you consent to our cookie policy.

How will we use your data?

Blueprints collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • Email you with information on other events or services we think may be of interest to you.

If you agree, Blueprints will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

How do we store your data?

Blueprints securely stores your data in a cloud based storage service.

Blueprints will keep your data for a minimum of 12 months. Once this time period has expired, we will remove your data from our system. Sometimes a higher authority may tell us to keep your information for a specific amount of time, say for auditing purposes. In these instances we comply with the guidelines.

Otherwise, we determine the length of time we keep your data based on why you gave it to us in the first place. For example, if you attended one of our events, we keep your information long enough to let you know about the next editions.

When we don’t need to keep your data anymore, we do one of three things:

  • We erase it;
  • We keep a small amount because we have to, and keep it safe, sometimes disguising it;
  • If you say you don’t want to hear from us ever again, we keep the minimum amount of information to ensure we don’t contact you again.

Blueprints may send you information about other events and services of ours that we think may be of interest. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Blueprints from contacting you for marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email
